I Agree With Spike...
That's the same reason why I've never seen anything with Madea in it. Not any of the plays or movies, nothing. I look at those types of movies as a modern day minstrel show. But on another note there's no comparison between Spike Lee & Tyler Perry. Mind you these are all my opinions which means they are right.

I agree with Spike too. Every one of Perry's movies is formed around the same thing and it makes black people look like fools. If Mr. Perry wants to interject God and positive messages into the Black community, he can definitely find a better way of doing it. On the flip though, too many of us (African Americans) religiously see these movies. Don't get me wrong, Mr. Perry is very talented, but he needs to diversify his subject matter.
