Watching that video made me go back down "Memory lane" so I searched YouTube for some stuff. and I found A clip of MC Hammer on Arsenio Hall..I can't believe that this was in 1989, because I was only 4 years old then but I definitely remember this song when it came out...

So a few weeks ago me and Double O was talking. You may know Double O as one half of The Kidz In The Hall. Like I was saying, me and "O" (yeah that's just what I call him) was chatting, and I was telling him that they should use "We Got It Made" as their new single. You know I was on my A&R ish. Anyway, he was telling me that, that track was just for their Reebok promotion. I told "O" that I didn't care and that I had spoken, so they need to get it done! I then processed to tell him that if they aren't going to make the track their single that he needs to just give me the download! So he did! Then I smacked that fool!
In Reality:
I was just randomly twittering about Donnis one day last month & Double O happened to retweet (<- yes that is Twitter talk), one of my tweets. So I took the opportunity to ask him if they were using "We Got It Made" as their next single because that was my ish! I told him that I never saw anyone post the mp3, so he blessed me with the download.

More Than A Game (Trailer)
More Than a Game is a documentary made by Kristopher Belman about basketball LeBron James aka "The Chosen One" and his four high school friends dubbed the "Fab Five." It follows their childhood friendship together and victory at the high school national championship. It's much less about LeBron and his stardom today, and more about how he got to that point and his story. Drake's song "Forever" that we posted a few weeks ago is on the soundtrack for this movie. This is the only new track that will be on the retail version of So Far Gone. Drake started this song during the recording process of his mixtape. But he couldn't finish it because he said it was taking him to a weird place. But he ended up finishing it a month or so ago. Another thing is that the last sentence of "Fear" will be the first sentence of the first track of Thank Me Later. Hey CEO... thank me later!

Verse Simmonds is a new artist out of St. Thomas (i think). I admit, I don't much about him... if you would like to know more, maybe this can help. He has a song out now called "Buy You a Round" that I'm feeling (which I've had since July and I've been meaning to share). This song follows the same formula as "Buy You A Drink", "One More Drink", and "Blame It", all songs that involve the consumption of alcohol and the various "activities" (lol) that follow. (Hey... those three songs I just mentioned all have T-Pain on it... I'll call it the T-PAIN FORMULA!) I think this has the potential to be all over the radio in a matter of a few weeks...
