Little Brother To Drop Leftback on April 20th
Little Brother's fourth album will also be their last album. Leftback, will be releasing on April 20th via Hall of Justus and will it be accompanied with a Bonus DVD. Leftback was also said to be a EP, but will now be a complete album.

May 25 is the day that his official album B.o.B Presents The Adventures of Bobby Ray comes out! I had to do a post on the art work just off the fact how crazy it is. Below is a vid of a mural that LRG had installed in the lobby of their office. This reminds me of Standard's Lennox location.

The rant at the end of the song makes me want to run down the street holding a pitch fork & branch that's been set on fire!!! But that's just me! lol The video also pays tribute to Martin Luther King Jr., The Notorious B.I.G and the group’s manager who recently has been sentenced to 32 years in prison. In my last post, I mentioned that I was on the hunt for a Bluetooth headset for the Google Nexus One that I will be purchasing (as soon as Google quit trippin’). I thought about the Jawbone and decided to look it up. I found out that they just released an updated version, The Jawbone Icon. It comes in six flavors, all pictured above. From top to bottom, left to right, they are named; The Thinker, The Rouge, The Hero, The Bombshell, The Catch and The Ace. They are all beautiful, but they aren’t just a pretty face. Some specs are enhanced noise (and wind) cancellation technology by way of Noise Assassin 2.5, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR (Enhanced Data Rate), up to 33 foot range, 4.5 hours of talk time and my favorite, Multipoint (which means it can pair with 8 handsets and pair with 2 simultaneously). It displays it’s battery life on the iPhone status bar. There is also a dedicated website, MyTalk, where you can download and install custom voices and apps for the earpiece. It also features spoken battery life and in-ear caller ID. It retails for $99.99, and I think it is worth every penny (every penny?, every penny).

Seeing how I am trying to get the new Google Nexus One, I wanted to upgrade my listening experience. I have been looking around for some Bluetooth 2.1 earbuds, but stumbled across these beauties from Sennheiser. They are called the MX W1. They use a new transmission technology called Kleer. It provides uncompressed, full bandwidth audio, which is a step up from Bluetooth. It’s range is about 33 feet and the battery life is around 5 hours per charge. The dock provides about three charges and can be charged itself by microUSB and a wall adapter. The design of the earbuds helps them stay in your ear, even while running. It has a “twist-to-fit” design and comes with a variety of bud adjusters. It retails for $599.95 (not a typo), so be sure before you buy!

This is a song off JE's new album The Remedy, which is due out May 18th. The song is so so in my opinion. Subliminals
Anyone who knows me, knows I'm good with subliminals. In case you don't know what subliminals are its a classy way of taking shots. Basicall puttin someone down in a way that's clever enough that only the intended party gets it or no one but sometimes yourself gets it. Anyone can crack but it takes a certain kind of wit to throw subliminals. You may be familiar with those, "is he talking about me" moments. Mister J1S is also good with them because he's a witty person by nature. But as far as rappers go, the creme de la creme of dart throwers would be Jay-Z (sorry its the truth). Even Ecko is aware of this and they've compiled a nice set of his best shots. I'm a big listener so alot of the shots I was aware of some I didn't know. Join me. Upon searching their website, I've found the bag and thought I would share. Late Night Beef
Six years ago Jay Leno, NBC & Conan O'Brien came to the agreement that O'Brien would take over the Tonight Show at the 11:25pm slot in 09'. And Leno would start a new show at the 10pm slot. Last year, this all went into effect (Jimmy Fallon also came on to take over Conan's spot). Well basically Leno's ratings have been so bad that his show has already been canceled. After this happened he went to NBC & the came up with a way for him to move is show back to the 11:25pm spot & push Conan's show back. So basically Leno & NBC are strong arming Conan out of his spot. Anyway, Jay Leno the other night got the smart idea to have Jimmy Kimmel on for the “10 (questions) at 10″ segment. And Kimmel use the opportunity to try to rip Leno's chin
head off!! Enjoy.

LCA Tech Support: Google Nexus One
This beautiful piece of hardware is Google’s newest Android phone, the Nexus One. With intros out of the way, let’s get to the good stuff! It houses a super fast 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 5MP camera with LED flash and a capacitive touchscreen. A 3.7” AMOLED display (800x480 pixels) gives you plenty of room to play with, but unfortunately multitouch is not enabled (reportedly thanks to Apple’s law team). Google’s latest rendition of Android (version 2.1, codenamed Eclair) lends brains to this beauty, and an ever growing app store lends a hand. Seven hours talk time on 3G (T-Mobile service only) and 250 hours on standby means that this phone can last through a day of hard use. The usual smartphone suspects are present; 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi, AGPS. There were other pleasant additions such as a noise cancellation mic on the back of the phone to help with call quality. Google has also added a “Live Wallpaper” feature which doesn’t add any real functionality, but gives the phone personality. The low key, Teflon coated design of the phone was a nice touch as well.

SideBar – While the phone is wonderful, Google’s handling of T-Mobile customers was not. The phone is available in three price points; $179.99 for new customers, $279.99 for upgrades and mandatory change of your plan and $530.00 for an unlocked version. The discrepancy is that family plan customers (like yours truly) are forced to pay full price for the phone, even if your eligible for a full upgrade (like yours truly)! Hopefully this will change in the near future.

It's been rumored that the “Concord” and “Cool Grey” Air Jordan XIs will release this Fall. No one has confirmation if these rumors are true, but I can't help but be hype! I've been in LOVE with the "Cool Greys" ever since 01' when my homeboy wore them to go ball in. I was pissed like he was wearing my shoes! lol These along with the black "Cement" IIIs (which have also been rumored to come out this year) are two of my grails. If anymore information comes out we'll keep you posted.
SideBar - I was going some research & I'm starting to really believe the rumors more now. Because in 2001 Jordan retro'd both the IIIs & the XI! So why wouldn't the do it again?!
