As many know, I am a PC (and proud of it). I have used Windows Mobile for some time now and have been hearing rumors of Windows Mobile 7 since the Windows Mobile 6 update. With the addition of both the iPhone and Android mobile operating systems, it looked like all hope was lost for Microsoft. After much anticipation, Windows Phone 7 Series was unveiled in Barcelona, Spain (on February 15) at the Mobile World Congress event. An extensive preview of the OS was given and I must say that Microsoft has potential to re-establish itself as a mobile contender and not just an alternative. The OS sports a whole new UI (User Interface) that centers around bringing all your apps, information and web services together in what VP of Program Management at MS, Joe Belfiore, deemed “Hubs”. SideBar – In my ongoing quest to find my next (an hopefully last) phone I stumbled across the HTC HD2 (here is the original post). It has been confirmed that the HD2 will be coming to T-Mobile this year, but the best part is the extra goodies that come with the U.S. version of the phone (as opposed to the Euro version). It comes with a 16GB Micro SD card (instead of 2GB). The RAM was increased from 448MB to 576MB, while the ROM was doubled from 512MB to 1GB. The ROM increase is significant because that means the HD2 should be able to run Windows Phone 7. As promised in the first post, I will do a review of the phone when I get it and if the HD2 receives a Windows Mobile 7 update, I will do a software review as well!

For those of you that don’t know who this is, it’s Cooper Projects own Joell Ortiz. You may have heard him on his first smash joint, Hip Hop (New York needed that). He is also part of the Slaughterhouse camp. Listening to this song bought me back to a more simpler time, before bills and kids. The beat is hot and Joell steps up to bat as usual.

I've been saying this for years. There's a double standard when it comes to dirt people do. Men do dirt and they're "the man" and "players". Women do it and they're "gardening tools" and a smorgsaborg of unflattering terms. I'm glad Luda addresses this. Don't hate the "players" hate the game. Only play games u can win kids. I bought my first pair of Gourmets this past season. When Gourmets first came out I was "on the fence" on them. Because, on one hand they were like nothing I had ever seen before...but on the other hand, they were JUST like something I had seen before. Get it?! lol I felt like with their first season being Jordan inspired, they where a band that used gimmicks. I've never been into fads & gimmicks, may it be fashion or music. But after a while I began to warm up to them more & more. So if you haven't bought your first pair of Gourmets, I suggest you do so. Plus, you be much cooler than those douche bags who still wear Creative Recreations! lol But if you still or ever wore Creative Recs...um..... #MyBad! lol

Finding out that the Riddler is the villain in the next Batman blew my mind. Because Jim Carrey killed his role as the Riddler in Batman Forever (1995). I remember my sister and I repeating what we thought was the quote of the whole movie over & over, "Don't kill him. Because if you kill him... he won't learn nothing!".
The all star game was the best part of all star weekend. I've lost respect for LeBron for refusing to participate in the slam dunk contest. I think he's scared he's going to lose, which would make him look stupid. But when Jordan & Dominique Wilkins were battling in the dunk contest in the 80's, they were the top players in the league. I feel like, if I felt like I was the best in the NBA I would be trying to prove that. May it be the dunk contest or a playoff game. I don't know... maybe I'm different.

A pair of sneakers is just what makes a sneaker connoisseur's day, its the perfect gift. (Jewelry is always nice, but change it up some times), Me personally, I don't celebrate V-day, but a pair of sneakers anytime is a good gift for me. My favorite Valentine's Day Sneakers are the 2006 editions. The 2005's were very hot as well, Check out the: 2007, 2008 & 2009 editions.
We already covered subliminals. So in all likelihood if/when someone feels your taking shots at them shots may be returned even if they know they can't take you verbally. Rappers can be sensitive and violence only begets more violence, even if it's lyrical.
I have two problems with this song. First, everything was cool till they autotuned it out! Two, what the heck was LL Cool J doing on this?! Smh. At least the cause was admirable.
Seeing the movie Couples Retreat changed my life. Not the movie, but the location: Bora Bora.
Known for their water bungalows, beautiful weather and breathe taking scenery, Bora Bora is the place to go when you want to experience that "new level of luxury", and why not, don't you deserve it?
What really got to me about Bora Bora was the glass floor that is offered at the bungalow's there.... the fact that you can see thru the floor, into that beautiful ocean was remarkable to me.
The next facet that really made me fall in love with this place was the fact that you have access to the water right from your bungalow. You do realize that you walk down your stairs and just jump in the ocean from there..... bananas...
Honestly, I'm sold just off of those two elements alone, but Bora Bora does have a lot to offer, whether you want services at the spa (some offered in the water), water sports, historic tours, or just to lay and be waited on, while soaking up the sun, Bora Bora has it all. If you plan on going anytime soon, I recommend Le' Meridian, that is where I will be staying when I go. Make sure you get a over water bungalow with the glass floor view...

My lovely sister Ayanna was talking to me today about the lack of good male R&B singers. I mean what happened to love songs? Please don't confuse with the everpresent sex songs that are popular (i.e. Trey Songz [not a diss just stating facts]). The above picture is Lee Fields. My dude like 70 and still making better music than people a third of his age. His voice really resonates in the song and the bassline is crazy. J. Cole used this instrumentation in his song on The Warm Up of the same title which u should already own and have on the ipod. Support greatness and download.
The young man above that is Eddie Kendricks. You may be familiar with this little group he was part of called The Temptations. U may also recognize this song from a little singer from New York who used this simple for her Unplugged album hit single.
But not all major artists make crap. Sometimes the real jewels are in their demos or unreleased songs. The-Dream wrote and produced the song below for Mariah Carey for the song H.A.T.E.U.. You can't write something like this without experiencing it. Unfortunately I'm encompassed in the lyrics currently.
And finally we have Teddy Pain. Great song, sounds incomplete since there is only one verse and an open verse on the song. It sounds like it could've been (or still could be a hit) it has a spring/summer vibe to it.
This commercial will start airing this weekend for NBA Sprite Slam Dunk Contest. There was a low quality version that leaked last week. But why your time if it ain't quality!?
I love this song because of it's "nice mellow groove". Not to mention the fact that the concept of the song is right where my head is. I need to be boarding a flight to somewhere other than... here. You remember when I told you that the Spiderman & Superman kids were going to be on The Jimmy Fallon Show? Well... they killed it! My favorite part is when Jimmy starts to talk to Peter Parker Marquise through the mask. Jimmy Fallon actually surprised me, he went in on trying to copy the dance moves.

I sprained my ankle a month ago , and I am still not back to normal. I really needed a pedicure but I was afraid to go get it done because I felt like they wouldn't know how to handle my fragile ankle/foot, so I opted to do it myself.... in case u forgot the basics, or need some pointers, these handy dandy you tubes, will work. for you. I almost died laughing at the lyrics of this video. It's been obvious that Mr. West has been AWOL since TaylorSwiftgate, but it looks like Kanye has some things in store for us in 10'. He's said to be working furiously in the studio on his & Common's next albums. He also posted on his blog yesterday that he's working on another blog. So will see.
