Declared a living national treasure by the Japanese government, his Ginza, Tokyo restaurant Sukiyabashi Jiro has garnered much praise in the culinary world earning top honors as a three Michelin Star restaurant. Filmmaker David Gelb is the architect behind the documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi which looks into the unwavering passion of the chef and the pressure of his understudy and son, who’s future faces an insurmountable task of bettering a living legend. I saw these and both sides of me screamed out one word...awesomesauce! These are the Blazer Pentium 1.0. They are the brainchild of Gabriel Dishaw. They are made from computer and typewriter parts, weigh 15 pounds and would chop up a pair of socks with extreme prejudice.
